This complaints procedure governs the process for filing complaints about digital products (online courses) purchased on the PraktickAI platform operated by Karel Čech (ID: 02042053, registered address: Sokolovská 713/111b, Karlín, 186 00 Praha 8, Czech Republic).
You can file a complaint by email at carl.cech@gmail.com or through the contact form at praktickai.app/en/contact. Please include a description of the issue, the course name, and your purchase date.
We will resolve your complaint within 30 days of receipt in accordance with Czech law. You will be notified of the outcome by email.
You may file a complaint regarding: non-functional access to a purchased course, missing or damaged lesson content, technical issues preventing use of the purchased product.
In the case of a justified complaint, we will provide a remedy — restoring access to content, fixing the technical issue, or refunding the applicable portion of the payment.
If you are not satisfied with the resolution of your complaint, you may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) as the body responsible for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes. The online dispute resolution platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
