These terms and conditions govern the sale of online courses and digital products on the PraktickAI platform operated by Karel Čech (ID: 02042053, VAT ID: CZ9502254322, registered address: Sokolovská 713/111b, Karlín, 186 00 Praha 8, Czech Republic).
These terms apply to all purchases of digital products (online courses, course bundles) through praktickai.app.
By clicking "Complete Purchase" you submit a binding order. The contract is formed upon successful payment processing. You will receive an order confirmation at the email address associated with your account.
Payments are processed through the Stripe payment gateway. We accept card payments and bank transfers. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Payment in CZK for Czech customers, EUR for others.
Upon successful payment, you receive immediate access to the purchased course through your account at praktickai.app. Course access is lifetime and includes future content updates.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase. However, if you have already started accessing paid course content, this constitutes consent to the provision of digital content and the right of withdrawal is forfeited. To withdraw, contact us at karel@praktickai.app.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases, including individual courses and bundles. If you are not satisfied, contact us at karel@praktickai.app within 14 days of purchase for a refund. To cover payment processing fees, refunds are issued at 90% of the original purchase price. For bundles, the guarantee applies to the entire bundle. This guarantee does not apply if you have completed more than 50% of the course content (or courses in a bundle).
Course content is provided "as is" for educational purposes. PraktickAI does not guarantee specific results from applying course knowledge. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product.
These terms are governed by Czech law. Czech courts have jurisdiction for dispute resolution. PraktickAI reserves the right to update these terms — the current version is always available on this page.
